Edit: if u think this is invalid he literally sold me a fake song then attempted to scam me by lying about having all these grails, he even offered me carti x uzi for 1k LOL - he broke Marketplace rule 4. No selling of misleading songs (fake edits, snippets etc)

theres like 6 pages of leaked cx dms so im not gonna ss everything but ill tell general story and include screenshots

so i have no clue how i met dude cos i cant find ss of meeting him but we mostly talked on discord in early 2021 but i have no ss of that since my old discord acc got banned, but he sold me a summrs x izaya tiji x azp song for like $60, and then literally yesterday i found some shit version of it on soundcloud with someone elses verse on it, so it was a used open that he sold me (link: )
i leaked the actual song in hip hop leaks section and tagged him and called him a scammer, then posted on his profile where he offered to refund me and then deleted it but the plug @Panic got me screenshots: https://prnt.sc/LqaFWsgwHK5f

so yeah he hasnt refunded me or anything and it could have been a mistake but the following screenshots makes me believe hes def a scammer - note that this is pretty scattered cos sometimes we talked on discord and sometimes on leaked, so not everything is included and random stuff will just come out of nowhere:

Also, those messages you screenshotted don't prove anything? You hadn't brought any of those, all he said was that he had a song, and you said you wanted to buy it, but you never brought? LOL?

I don't think it's that different when both times you get songs that aren't leaked, keep them for a while, and then throw a tantrum because you can't get a refund for something that is usually not given refunds, it's up to sellers. Regardless, for this case, you had the song for a year, paid $60 (pretty good deal for a unleaked song for a year even if the artists are dogshit) and now you want money back. Even most retailers wouldn't give you a refund after a year so I don't know why you thought Bandits would.

1. its not a new thing at all though with summrs, many many people sell cut verses from opens that are already out or passed, if it was another artist i’d believe him but i doubt a findihed summrs song is only 1 minute and 39 seconds or whatever
